17 Remuneration and conditions of chief employee
(1)
The remuneration and allowances and other conditions of office of the chief employee are to be determined by the Authority.
(2)
Subsection (1) has effect subject to the Salaries and Allowances Act 1975 if that Act applies to the chief employee.
