25 Functions
The functions of the Authority are —
(a)
the inquiry, reporting and other functions it is given by this Act; and
(b)
the functions referred to in section 11AA of the Energy Coordination Act 1994; and
(c)
the functions it is given by or under the National Gas Access (WA) Act 2009; and
(d)
the functions referred to in section 20(1) of the Railways (Access) Act 1998; and
(e)
the functions referred to in the Water Services Act 2012 section 207; and
(f)
the functions it is given by or under any other enactment.
