34 Notice of reference, amendment or withdrawal
(1)
The Authority must publish notice of any reference, or the amendment or withdrawal of any reference —
(a)
in the Gazette; and
(b)
in a daily newspaper circulating generally in the State; and
(c)
on the Internet.
(2)
Notice of a reference must specify —
(a)
the terms of reference for the inquiry; and
(b)
the period during which the inquiry is to be held; and
(c)
the period within which, and the form in which, members of the public may make submissions, including details of any public hearings; and
(d)
the matters that the Authority would like submissions to deal with.
(3)
Notice of an amendment of a reference must give particulars of the amendment.
