The Authority must submit a report to the Minister on the outcome of the inquiry.
The Authority must identify in the report any information contained in the report that the Authority considers is of a confidential or commercially sensitive nature.
The Minister must cause a copy of the report (excluding any information identified under subsection (2)) to be laid before each House of Parliament, or dealt with under section 60, within 28 days after the Minister receives the report.
If information is excluded from a copy of the report because of its confidential or commercially sensitive nature, the copy of the report must contain a statement to that effect at the place in the report where the information excluded would have otherwise appeared.
