45 Authority to act through a member or members when conducting inquiry
(1)
In conducting an inquiry the Authority is to act through a member or members specified by the chairman.
(2)
Any 2 or more members through whom the Authority conducts an inquiry do not act as the governing body, and Schedule 1 does not apply to their proceedings and deliberations.
(3)
The Authority may conduct an inquiry through a member or members even though it is at the same time conducting another inquiry through any other member or members.
