Intimidation

In force

A person must not —

(a)

threaten, intimidate or coerce another person; or

(b)

take, threaten to take, incite or be involved in any action that causes another person to suffer any loss, injury or disadvantage,

because the person referred to in paragraph (a) or (b) or any other person —

(c)

has assisted, is assisting or may assist an inquiry under Part 5 Division 1 or 2; or

(d)

has complied, is complying or may comply with a requirement under section 51.

Penalty: $10 000 or imprisonment for 12 months.
