Form of application

In force

An application under section 10 must —

(a)

be made to the Regulatory Authority of the participating jurisdiction —

(i)

in which the applicant, or any of the applicants, is ordinarily resident; or

(ii)

if the applicant or applicants are not individuals, in which the principal office of the applicant or any of the applicants is located; and

(b)

be in writing; and

(c)

include the prescribed information requested by the Regulatory Authority; and

(d)

include payment of the prescribed fee.
