146B Rules about officers and counting places

Sections 141 and 142A apply to and in relation to a Council election as if references in those sections to a district were references to the whole of State electorate.
(2)
In the case of a conjoint election appointments of assistant returning officers and counting places, and of directed officers under section 142A(1), for the purposes of an election for the Assembly have effect for the purposes of the corresponding election for the Council.
