175SAD Recovery of foreign contribution
(1)
This section applies if —
(a)
a person receives a foreign contribution; and
(b)
a court determines that a person has contravened section 175SAB or 175SAC.
(2)
An amount equal to the value or amount of the foreign contribution may be recovered by the State as a debt due to the State by action, in a court of competent jurisdiction against the person who contravened the provision.
