175SAE False affirmation or information about being foreign donor
(1)
A person commits a crime if the person makes an affirmation or gives appropriate donor information or other information under section 175SAB(5) or 175SAC(2) that the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular.
Penalty for this subsection: imprisonment for 3 years or a fine of $36 000.
(2)
This section applies whether the person makes the affirmation or gives the information within or outside the State.
