225 Former provisions apply if election occurring at commencement
(1)
This section applies if a writ is issued for an election before commencement day and the polling day fixed in the writ for the election is after commencement day.
(2)
Despite the amendments made to this Act by the Electoral Amendment (Finance and Other Matters) Act 2023, the unamended Act continues to apply to the election.
