230 Silent electors
(1)
This section applies if a person’s residence is not shown on a roll immediately before commencement day because of a request that has been granted under section 51B as in force before commencement day.
(2)
The person is taken to be an elector whose application to be a silent elector is granted on commencement day under section 51B(3) as inserted by the Electoral Amendment (Finance and Other Matters) Act 2023 section 43.
