90A Amending notices made under s. 90
The Electoral Commissioner may, by written notice published on the Commission website, amend a notice published under section 90(1) (the original notice) —
to abolish a polling place; or
to cancel a declaration under section 90(1)(f) or amend the areas fixed under that paragraph; or
for any other purpose.
The original notice as amended under subsection (1) must comply with section 90.
The Electoral Commissioner may, by written notice published on the Commission website, repeal a notice published under section 90(1).
A written notice made under subsection (1) or (3) is not subsidiary legislation.
