90B Certain buildings to be used for free

The following places may be used free of charge as a place of declaration of nominations under section 86(1a) or 87(2) or as a place to vote —

(a)

a place under the control of the State;

(b)

a place owned by, or under the control of, a local government;

(c)

an Agricultural Hall;

(d)

a building —

(i)

to which the public is entitled to have access; and

(ii)

the construction of which has been subsidised by the State.
