101 Licence condition: membership of scheme
It is a condition of every retail licence, distribution licence and integrated regional licence that the licensee cannot supply electricity to customers unless the licensee —
(a)
is a member of an approved scheme; and
(b)
is bound by, and will comply with any decision or direction of the electricity ombudsman under, the scheme.
