101A Proof of membership in applications relating to registration
An applicant for the grant of a registration of an alternative electricity service who proposes to provide the alternative electricity service to a customer must produce with the application evidence showing that the applicant will, if the registration is granted, be a member of an approved scheme.
An applicant for the renewal of a registration of an alternative electricity service who provides the alternative electricity service to customers must produce with the application evidence showing that the applicant will, if the registration is renewed, continue to be a member of an approved scheme.
If an application is made under section 59J for approval to transfer a registration of an alternative electricity service to a person who proposes to provide the alternative electricity service to customers, the proposed transferee must produce with the application evidence showing that the proposed transferee will, if the transfer is approved, be a member of an approved scheme.
