120Y Functions of Authority
(1)
The Authority has the functions conferred on it under this Part.
(2)
Without limiting section 131 or 131B or subsection (1), the regulations may provide for the obligations of the Authority to —
(a)
report to the Minister on specified matters; and
(b)
prepare and publish information on specified matters.
