Electricity Industry Act 2004

Application may be made to the Board for the review by the Board of decisions of the following that are made under the regulations or the Pilbara networks rules and are of a class specified in the regulations —

a person on whom functions are conferred under this Part;

a person on whom functions relating to this Part are conferred by another written law.

Regulations may —

provide for the powers of the Board in relation to reviews provided for in those regulations; and

make other provision that it is necessary or convenient to make in relation to those reviews.

Nothing in subsection (1) prevents or affects the review by a court or tribunal, according to law, of decisions of the persons referred to in that subsection made under the regulations or the Pilbara networks rules.
