129O Treasurer may seek advice from the Authority
(1)
Before making a determination under section 129N(1) the Treasurer may ask the Authority for advice on any matter referred to in section 129N(4) or any other matter that the Treasurer considers relevant.
(2)
It is a function of the Authority to give advice when asked to do so under subsection (1).
(3)
The Treasurer must cause advice given by the Authority under subsection (2) to be published on an appropriate website when the determination is made.
