If a temporary access contribution is payable by NBU in respect of a financial year, the Treasurer must pay to the Regional Power Corporation in respect of that financial year the amount that the Treasurer considers necessary for the purpose of this Part having regard to —

the matters referred to in section 129N(4)(a), (b) and (c); and

any other prescribed matters.

Payments under subsection (1) are to be made from the Temporary Access Contribution Account.

Without limiting Part 8A Division 2, the Pilbara Networks Access Code may provide for reporting by the Regional Power Corporation of any amounts received from the Temporary Access Contribution Account in each financial year.
