26 Regulations may authorise an exclusive licence

(1)

The Governor may, on the recommendation of the Minister, make regulations designating one or more areas of the State as an area in respect of which an exclusive licence may be granted for a specified period.

(2)

If 2 or more areas are designated under subsection (1) those areas need not be contiguous.

(3)

The specified period (the period of exclusivity) is not to exceed 10 years.
