59Y AES code of practice is subsidiary legislation
(1)
The AES code of practice is subsidiary legislation for the purposes of the Interpretation Act 1984.
(2)
A provision of the AES code of practice is of no effect to the extent that it is inconsistent with a provision of this Act or another written law.
