59ZB Review of AES code of practice
The Minister must cause a review of the AES code of practice to be carried out as soon as is practicable after —
the 5th anniversary of its commencement; and
the expiry of each 5 yearly interval after that anniversary.
The Minister may cause an earlier review of the AES code of practice to be carried out if the Minister considers it necessary.
The purpose of a review is to assess the suitability of the provisions of the AES code of practice to achieve the purpose of this Part.
The Minister may, by instrument, delegate any power or function under this section or section 59ZC to the Authority.
