Functions of Authority

In force

(1)

The Authority is responsible for administering and enforcing the registration framework.

(2)

Without limiting subsection (1), the Authority is responsible for —

(a)

monitoring and reporting to the Minister on request on —

(i)

the operation of the registration framework; and

(ii)

compliance by registration holders with the terms and conditions of registration;

and

(b)

reporting to the Minister on request on the enforcement of the registration framework.
