59ZE Annual report
(1)
The Authority must prepare and provide to the Minister an annual report on the registration framework.
(2)
The annual report —
(a)
must detail the performance and compliance of registration holders with the registration framework; and
(b)
may identify improvements that may be made to the operation of the registration framework.
(3)
The Authority must publish each annual report on the Authority’s website.
