61 Draft policy to be submitted to Coordinator
(1)
In subsection (2) —
prescribed period means —
(a)
3 months after a written request by the Coordinator; or
(b)
any longer period allowed by the Coordinator in a particular case.
(2)
A corporation must, within the prescribed period, submit to the Coordinator a draft extension and expansion policy for each system operated by the corporation.
(3)
An extension and expansion policy submitted by a corporation may relate to one or more or all of the systems operated by the corporation.
