64 Coordinator may direct that amendment be made
(1)
This section applies if, in the opinion of the Coordinator, an approved policy —
(a)
no longer meets the requirements of the regulations in respect of such policies; or
(b)
is no longer consistent with this Act or any other written law.
(2)
The Coordinator may direct the corporation concerned —
(a)
to submit an appropriate amendment to the approved policy to the Coordinator for approval under section 63(1); and
(b)
to do so within a specified period.
(3)
In subsection (2)(a) —
appropriate amendment means an amendment —
(a)
specified by the Coordinator; or
(b)
otherwise determined by the Coordinator to be suitable for approval.
