89 Further provisions about opportunity to comment
For the purposes of sections 87(2) and 88(3) —
(a)
an interested person is a person —
(i)
who the committee considers has a particular interest in the amendment, replacement or review; or
(ii)
who is determined by the Authority, by notice in writing to the committee, to have such an interest;
(b)
an opportunity to offer comments is an opportunity to furnish written comments to the committee within —
(i)
a period specified by the Authority by notice in writing to the committee; or
(ii)
in the absence of such a notice, a period determined by the committee.
