96 Jurisdiction of courts and tribunals
(1)
Nothing in this Part or in an approved scheme affects the jurisdiction of a court or tribunal.
(2)
The electricity ombudsman must decline to deal with a matter if —
(a)
it has been or is being dealt with by a court or tribunal; or
(b)
in the electricity ombudsman’s opinion the matter should be dealt with by a court or tribunal.
