(1)
The IMO ceases to exist at the end of the day fixed, for the purposes of this regulation, by the Minister by notice published in the Gazette.
(2)
A notice cannot be published under subregulation (1) unless the Minister is satisfied that there is no reason for the IMO to continue to exist.
