8 Representative of group
(1)
Where a request is made by a group of employees or a group of employers, the group may be represented by a person who is appointed by the group to act on its behalf for the purposes of this Division.
(2)
The appointment must be made in a manner and form approved in writing by the Chief Commissioner.
