11WD Form of contract to be submitted with application for grant, renewal or transfer
(1)
An applicant for the grant or renewal of a trading licence must submit with the application a draft of the standard form contract under which the applicant will supply gas to customers pursuant to the licence.
(2)
Where an application is made under section 11R for the transfer of a trading licence to be approved, the proposed transferee must submit with the application a draft of the standard form contract under which the proposed transferee will supply gas to customers pursuant to the licence if the transfer is approved.
