11WI Authority may direct that amendment be made
This section applies if, in the opinion of the Authority, a standard form contract approved under this Subdivision —
no longer meets the requirements of the regulations in respect of such contracts; or
is no longer consistent with —
this Act or any other written law; or
any term, condition or provision of the licence concerned.
The Authority may direct the holder of the trading licence concerned —
to submit an appropriate amendment to the form of contract to the Authority for approval under section 11WH(1); and
to do so within a specified period.
In subsection (2)(a) —
appropriate amendment means an amendment —
specified by the Authority; or
otherwise determined by the Authority to be suitable for approval.
