Regulations may authorise an exclusive licence

In force

(1)

The Governor may, on the recommendation of the Minister, make regulations designating —

(a)

one or more supply areas; or

(b)

any part of a supply area,

as an area in respect of which an exclusive licence may be granted for a specified period.

(2)

The specified period (the period of exclusivity) is not to exceed 10 years.
