11WL Determination of default supplier
Retail market rules are to require —
(a)
that a default supplier be determined in accordance with the rules for each relevant delivery point;
(b)
that the default supplier so determined is to be the holder of a trading licence that supplies gas at that delivery point; and
(c)
that a register be established and maintained, in accordance with the rules, showing the name of the default supplier for the time being determined for each delivery point.
