Regulations for retail market scheme or rules

In force

Regulations may be made —

(a)

authorising the inclusion in a retail market scheme or in retail market rules of a provision —

(i)

of a particular kind;

(ii)

having a particular effect or operation; or

(iii)

relating to a particular matter or particular circumstances;

(b)

making any provision that —

(i)

facilitates the operation of a retail market scheme or retail market rules; and

(ii)

cannot be included in the scheme or rules under the provisions of section 11ZOF or 11ZOG.
