(1)
Regulations 6(2), 7, 8 and 11 do not apply in relation to an existing facility until the day that is 6 months after the day on which these regulations come into operation.
(2)
In subregulation (1) —
existing facility means —
(a)
a cement storage silo in which cement was being stored; or
(b)
a premises at which concrete batching or cement product manufacturing was being carried on,
immediately before the commencement day.
