6 Delayed operation of certain regulations
(1)
Regulation 7 does not apply to or in relation to any bulk fuel terminal until 1 July 2000.
(2)
Regulations 8, 9, 10 and 12 do not apply to or in relation to an underground fuel tank that was installed before the commencement day until 1 July 1999.
(3)
Regulation 13 does not apply to or in relation to any underground fuel tank until 1 July 1995.
