153 Direction to amend management plan
(1)
On receipt of a report from the Director under section 152, the Minister may, by notice in writing, direct an authority to amend its management plan in the manner specified in the instrument.
(2)
An authority shall comply with a direction given to it by the Minister under subsection (1).
