154 Effect of contravention of Act
(1)
A contravention of this Act shall attract no sanction or consequence, whether criminal or civil, except to the extent expressly provided by this Act or the State Administrative Tribunal Act 2004.
(2)
Nothing in subsection (1) prevents an action for defamation.
