158 Failure to furnish information or produce document
A person shall not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail —
(a)
to furnish information; or
(b)
to produce a document,
when so required pursuant to section 86.
Penalty:
(a)
in the case of a natural person — $1 000; or
(b)
in the case of a body corporate — $5 000.
