63 Terms used
In this Part —
authorised person means —
(a)
the Commissioner; and
(b)
in relation to a power of the Commissioner under a provision of this Act or any other Act, a person to whom that power is delegated under section 60; and
(c)
an investigator, or a police officer assisting in an investigation under section 88D;
investigator means a person designated under section 64 as an investigator;
motor vehicle has the meaning given in the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 4.
