63M Regulations
The regulations may provide for the constitution and operation of the advisory committees established under this Division.
Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the regulations may —
require that persons appointed as members of a committee —
possess particular expertise or qualifications; or
represent particular interest groups, industries or occupations;
provide for the number of members, the manner, and terms and conditions of appointment, and the resignation and removal of members of the committees;
provide for the appointment of deputies of members;
provide for the manner in which members of the committees are to disclose interests;
regulate the procedure for meetings of the committees, including the quorum for meetings;
provide for the remuneration of members of the committees (other than a member ex officio).
