74 Delegation by Treasurer
(1)
The Treasurer may delegate to a Minister any power or duty of the Treasurer under another provision of this Act.
(2)
The Treasurer may delegate to an officer of the Treasury any power or duty of the Treasurer under another provision of this Act.
(3)
The Treasurer may delegate to a Treasury Corporation official the power of the Treasurer under section 37.
