76 Delegation and authorisation by Under Treasurer
(1)
The Under Treasurer may delegate to a Treasury Corporation official any power of the Treasurer under section 37 delegated to the Under Treasurer under section 74(2).
(2)
The Under Treasurer may authorise an officer of the Treasury to exercise or perform any power or duty —
(a)
delegated to the Under Treasurer under section 74(2); or
(b)
conferred on the Under Treasurer by the Treasurer’s instructions.
