Authority for supply of firearm or related thing

In force

A licence that authorises the possession of a firearm or related thing also authorises the licensee to supply the firearm or related thing to a person, but only —

(a)

in circumstances permitted by the regulations; and

(b)

in accordance with any requirements of the regulations for that supply.
