Extending authority of licence by regulation

In force

The regulations may extend the authority conferred by a licence and for that purpose may —

(a)

extend the authority conferred by a licence to specified persons; or

(b)

extend the authority conferred by a licence to include the possession, use, supply or acquisition of a firearm or related thing for a specified purpose or in specified circumstances.
