134 Grant of permit
The Commissioner may grant a permit to authorise any of the following things —
(a)
the possession or use of a firearm or related thing in circumstances or for purposes prescribed by the regulations;
(b)
the acquisition or supply of a firearm or related thing in circumstances or for purposes prescribed by the regulations;
(c)
the creation, development, possession or dissemination of firearm technology in circumstances or for purposes prescribed by the regulations;
(d)
anything else that this Act or the regulations provide can be authorised by a permit.
