15 Relevant management positions
A person holds a relevant management position in a body corporate if the person holds any of the following positions in the body other than a position that the Commissioner has determined under subsection (3) is not a relevant position for the purposes of holding a firearm authority —
the position of director, manager or other executive position or secretary, however that position is designated;
a position on the governing body of the body, however that position is designated.
A person holds a relevant management position in a partnership if the person is a member of the partnership.
The Commissioner may determine, either generally or in a particular case, that a particular position in a body corporate is not a relevant position for the purposes of holding a firearm authority.
