Mandatory suspension: supplementary provisions

None of sections 198 to 200 prevents the cancellation of a firearm authority as required or authorised under Division 8.

(2)

A suspension of a firearm authority under any of sections 198 to 200 does not affect a requirement to suspend the firearm authority under any other of those sections and, to the extent of any overlap between the respective periods of suspension, the suspensions run concurrently.
